I’ve finished my Painter’s Mansion.

For the first time I didn’t use Playmobil parts put a complete house called „Grand Hotel“ by Epoch (Sylvanian Families). But it is perfect for Playmobil figures.

When I saw it, I was immeadiately reminded of the „Villa Stuck“ in Munich.

On the first floor you can see an unusual kitchen with orange delft tiles. Very special but I like it very much. The hall has a large fireplace, a grand piano and much place for welcoming guests. Next door you can find the blue library and above the gentlemen’s room with black fireplace. Also on the second floor: a very clearly structured dining room and next door the artist’s studio with all those painting accessories and finished paintings. On the third floor we can find a sumptuous bedroom colored in burgundy and gold. As well the bathroom with gold ornamentation, whereas the child’s room bribes by Spartan furniture. A large garden with cypresses rounds off the oasis of peace.
